Before listing, take a few minutes to read our Terms & Conditions. madeira.rentals is an advertising platform — all bookings and payments happen directly between you and the guest. We connect you; you handle the deal.

Go to List your vehicle or property and fill in the form. Tell us your name, WhatsApp number, email, type of rental, your price, a description, and upload up to 10 photos. Attach proof of ownership.

We check your submission — photos, description, and documents. If anything needs improvement, we'll reach out via WhatsApp or email. This usually takes 1–2 business days.

Once approved, we build a dedicated page on madeira.rentals — with your photos, description, price, location on the map, and a direct WhatsApp/email contact button for guests. Your listing is visible in 7 languages.

We add a Google Calendar to your listing so guests can see when you're available. You manage it yourself — just mark booked dates. If you already use any other rental platform, we can sync calendars via iCal so there are no double bookings.

Visitors planning their Madeira trip search on Google and find madeira.rentals. They browse the map, filter by category, and land on your listing. When interested, they contact you directly via WhatsApp or email — no platform in the middle.

Agree on the details with your guest, confirm the booking, and receive payment however you prefer — bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut, or cash. madeira.rentals takes 0% commission. Your rental, your rules, your income.
