We charge a flat monthly fee — not a commission on bookings. This means your incentive and ours are aligned: we want more guests to find you, because that's the only way you stay on the platform long term.
To put it in context: one single night's booking pays for more than 3 months on madeira.rentals. If you're currently paying Airbnb 15% commission on €3,000/month in bookings — that's €450/month going to them. We charge €50.
Absolutely. Most of our owners also list on Airbnb or Booking.com. We're not asking you to leave those platforms — we're giving you an additional channel that costs you nothing per booking. Many owners find that direct bookings through us replace 30–50% of their platform bookings within a few months.
Payment is agreed directly between you and the guest. You can accept bank transfer, MB Way, cash, Revolut — whatever works for you and your guest. We don't handle payments and we don't take a cut.
We can sync your calendar automatically with Airbnb, Booking.com or any platform that supports iCal export. This prevents double bookings. We set this up for free as part of your listing.
Good photos are the most important thing. Send us whatever you have — even smartphone photos work if they're clear and well-lit. We'll advise on which ones work best and in what order to display them.
